Focus, balance and clarity

Every stage of life brings its own pressures, changes and challenges. My work is centred on creating a calm, thoughtful space in which difficulties can be explored in depth, patterns can be better understood, and meaningful change can begin. Alongside general adult psychiatry, I have particular expertise in ADHD assessments and in women’s mental health, with a special focus on understanding psychological wellbeing through a hormonal lens. Drawing on extensive psychiatric experience, I work in a way that is attentive, collaborative and grounded in the belief that good care should feel both rigorous and deeply personal.

My Services

ADHD Assessments
£1,000.00

I offer thoughtful, thorough Adult ADHD assessments to help you better understand difficulties with attention, focus, organisation, and follow-through. The process is designed to feel clear and supportive, combining a detailed clinical evaluation with space to explore your experiences, history, and current challenges. Whether you have long suspected ADHD may be affecting daily life or are only beginning to seek answers, an assessment can provide clarity, reassurance, and a path toward the right support.

Mental Health & Hormone Consultation
£500.00

Hormones can play an important role in emotional wellbeing, energy, focus, sleep, and mood. Changes related to the menstrual cycle, perimenopause, menopause, thyroid function, or other hormonal factors can sometimes shape how symptoms appear and are experienced day to day. My assessments consider these connections carefully, helping to build a clearer understanding of what may be contributing to your mental health and guiding a treatment plan that feels informed, personalised, and supportive.

Mental Health care

I provide clear, comprehensive mental health assessments for a range of common conditions, including anxiety, depression, stress and mood disorders. The assessment is designed to explore your symptoms, personal history, and day-to-day challenges in a thoughtful and supportive way. The goal is to build an accurate understanding of what you are experiencing, offer clarity where things may have felt overwhelming or uncertain, and guide a treatment plan that is practical and personalised.
